Proceedings Book Example

We understand that some presenters will be unable to make the trip to conference venue to present their papers, mainly due to financial and/or health restrictions on travel.

ISTEC has therefore instituted a virtual, online and video presentation system to allow the authors of accepted proposals the same publication opportunities as regular presenters.

If you are interested in online, video or virtual participation for ISTEC, please send an email (istecconferences@gmail.com) to the conference secretariat.

Upon payment of the registration fee, your paper will be listed as an online, video or virtual presentation.

If you wish your paper to be published in the conference proceedings, you should prepare your full paper according to the Submission Guidelines.

Online Presentation

• * Online presentation duration should be max 15 minutes.
• * Online presentations should be done either in English or Turkish.
• * All papers will be published in proceedings book.
• * Online presentations will be conducted via ZOOM platform.

Video Presentation

• * Online presentation duration should be max 15 minutes.
• * Video presentations duration should be max 15 minutes.
• * Video Presentation should be uploaded to any platform and the link of the video presentation should be sent to istecconferences@gmail.com
• * Online and Video presentations could be done either in English or Turkish.
• * All papers will be published in proceedings book.

During the conference dates, we will present your video presentations at the Conference Hall (will be announced later on ISTEC Web Site and Youtube Channel)

Papers can be sent either in English or Turkish.
